The West London Reconnect Project has been set up to help rough sleepers and vulnerable individuals living in the boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Kensington & Chelsea, Harrow and Hounslow and offers a reconnection and resettlement service.

The service offers advice on how someone can return home, as well as information about the support services available within their home country if the person decides to return.

The aim is to ensure that they are properly linked into services that match their needs and that they get accommodation and assistance with any health problems such as alcohol or drug abuse.
