Westminster Support Team

Eleanor from the Westminster support team
Eleanor visits people in their own homes as part of her work with the Westminster Support Team.

Thames Reach’s Westminster Support Team helps find and support some of the borough’s most vulnerable men and women.

This free, floating support service is available to help people maintain their tenancies and independence, helping them work towards a more settled and fulfilling life. With both specialist mental health and generic teams, the service is able to offer support according to an individual’s needs.

The Westminster Support Team works in partnership with other agencies helping people in their own homes, offering personalised, practical support, advice and guidance.

If you would like to make a referral to the Westminster support team, you can call us on 020 7084 6834.

Please provide your contact details so that we can get in touch and find out as much as possible about you or the person you are concerned about.

This is a free service for residents of Westminster funded by the borough’s Supporting People grants.

Sutton Reach is part of Thames Reach, a homelessness charity that helps people find decent homes, develop supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.
