This free support service for adults, funded by the Council, is available to everyone in the borough of Lewisham.

Lewisham Reach staff are out and about visiting people in their homes.

If you – or someone you know – are not currently getting any support but could benefit from it, please let us know.

Experienced workers can visit you at home and have access to interpreters if English is not your first language. We are also happy to receive referrals from other agencies.

Lewisham Reach is for people aged from 21 to 55. If you fall outside this age bracket you can still contact us, as we offer a drop-service on Monday and Thursday mornings; or we can put you in touch with an appropriate service.
