Struggling to cope?

Floating support service

Hammersmith & Fulham Reach supports some of the borough’s most vulnerable men and women. Working in partnership with local support services to help single homeless people establish a more settled way of life.

This free service is open to anyone who lives in the borough and who has experienced homelessness. It offers support for up to 70 single homeless people living in or hoping to move into their own homes and who need help and support.

Hammersmith & Fulham Reach's aim is to work with people who are at their most vulnerable, those with mental health and substance misuse problems. Helping people across the borough, the service aims to prevent homelessness and reduce hospital admissions.
