Thames Reach staff visit people in their own homes.

Brent Reach supports some of the most vunerable people living in the borough.

This free service is open to everyone who lives in Brent and who has mental health and/or drugs and alcohol problems.

It offers support for people living in or hoping to move into their own homes and who need help and support.

This is a free service for residents of Brent funded by the borough’s Supporting People grants.

Brent Reach is part of Thames Reach, a homelessness charity that helps people find decent homes, develop supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.
