is this the best use for this building (4 Replies)

as a former resident of the borough I feel that this development typifies the backward thinking of the planners. In an area that needs much improvement on all levels, is an academy for the homeless and unemployable really the best advert for aiding regeneration or encouragement for better commercial investment into camberwell? By all means provide this facility but does it need to be in this building located in such a prime location?
