A dying shame
The Observer newspaper and Big Issue magazine have thrown their weight behind the Thames Reach campaign calling on the government to increase tax on super-strength drinks and for the drinks industry to act responsibly.
Run for Thames Reach
Keen athletes now have the chance to run the The Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon through London’s historic parkland in aid of Thames Reach. The race takes place on Sunday 10th October 2010.
Homeless migrants facing destitution
Thames Reach has warned that impoverished rough sleepers from Central and Eastern Europe living on London’s streets have been found eating rats and drinking lethal alcoholic hand wash stolen from hospitals.
