Thames Reach's position on proposed Westminster bylaws and soup runs

Thames Reach has spoken out in recent weeks in support of the Westminster City Council proposal to tackle the issue of soup runs and rough sleeping in a very specific part of the borough.

Thames Reach has made clear the often counter productive nature of soup runs and the need to provide food under cover and for homeless people to be given support and offers of housing.
